If client has not notified the stylist within 24hours before his or her appointment a 20% Cancellation fee will be charged on the card used to book the appointment. If client cancels frequently (more than 3 times) stylist does have the right to refuse his or her services in the future. If client no-call no-shows(15 minutes after scheduled appointment), the client must pay the full amount of the service that they have booked. Late Fees If a client is more than 15 minutes late to his or her appointment they must pay an additional late fee on top of service. This fee will be $15 per 30 minutes late. Wedding Deposits/ Cancellation fee Deposits that secure your wedding date are non-refundable! If Bride has to cancel she must cancel within at least 3 months prior to the wedding date booked for. If canceled later than three months prior she must pay 50% of remaining balance!
